I may only have a limited window to compose this post, but for all the right reasons - our kids are still here and I am maximizing my time with them. So, I will give you a little taste of our Christmas through photos more so than the written word, but I think you will forgive me that, just this once?
No shortage of yummy snacks around the house! |

I pray that your Christmas brought you what you seek the most, be it peace, freedom, joy, good health, refuge, time with family, relief from sorrow, or a new pair of hop-a-long boots!

Wonderful to see the snow, as I sit here on another hot Aussie day! Lots of wonderful food and snacks at your place. What do you use Pecan Pumpkin butter for? Is it a pie filling? Pumpkin for me is soup or roast vege! Have a wonderful time with your family Angie.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. Our kids visited and have gone home. We had a blast!

ReplyDeleteLooks like a lovely Christmas. Happy new year
ReplyDeleteI agree, so much preparation for Christmas and then it is over and we are left wondering why all the fuss. But it is nice to have family all together - though why wait till Christmas. Christmas shouldn't be for just one day. We finished the ham yesterday, but we still have some of the stain glass Christmas cake - so delicious. Wishing you the blessings of Christmas and all good things for 2020. Thank you so much for the link ups this year.
ReplyDeleteThe entire month of December flew by for me in many happy and busy tasks and enjoyments. It looks like it was also a very Merry Christmas at your home, Angie. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a delicious and cosy Christmas. So great you got snow, we didn't :)) Wishing you health, wealth & happiness in 2020!

Happy New Year to you and yours, Angie! There are many people in need so hopefully the spirit of “giving” will continue outside the season. Christmas requires a great deal of preparation and thought but it is over in a wink of an eye it seems.
ReplyDeleteSounds like Christmas was wonderful, Angie. I hope the New Year is full of helath and happiness for you!
ReplyDeleteHow nice that you are still enjoying the holidays with your kids. No decorating happened around here. My boys are so far away. Haven't seen Zack in 2 years but plan to visit this summer. I just left a comment on your previous post but it seems to have disappeared into the ether. :/ Happy almost new year to your and yours.
ReplyDeleteI love the pillow. Great message and creativity. Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteA really lovely collection of photos. Yes, fewer words and more time with family. Today is my first day alone at home as children and parents have left and husband is back to work. The tree is still up and I'm enjoying the glow of lights. Merry Christmas, Angie, and Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI'm a proton, Angie.:-) I now get why people smile about getting snow on Christmas. It rained on Christmas Day. Heavenly. I don't remember when that last happened. Thanks you much for Mosaic Monday, Angie. And, cheers to a Grand 2020!
